Auditrac- Transmission
Indemnifying Program
Auditrac is
a blending of technology and financial indemnification. The T3
service provides a financial protection service in the event that you
receive a judgment against you. Blending the financial portion
of the service with new messaging/transaction retention technology
provides a full scope of protection for you and your information.
How does it work? You can select what type of financial coverage you require or our
Account Representatives will assist you in determining the coverage.
The factors for the selection are typically the sensitivity of the
information and the number of transactions per month.
T3 will then install a software package onto your IT systems which
provides a tracking and storage function for all covered transactions.
Typically, these transactions are stored on a database on your servers
or disks and are encrypted so that only you will have access to the to
information. If an item is required to be retrieved, an easy to use, web interface
is employed to query the database based on your selections.
Typically these selections will be: 'From', 'To', 'Date',
'Sender' and 'Recipient'. A full version of the transaction will
be emailed to you.
T3 will have access only to the pertinent information of the system so
as to allow for support and billing information. The drawing
below represents a tyical installation. The Auditrac Storage
server may be a new piece of equipment or an older server or
workstation.
